Last week, we placed our client Gillian McFarlane’s story in The Sun, and her media journey continues as today she appeared on the This Morning sofa sharing her experiences with Eamonn and Ruth.
Gillian had contacted us wanting to share her story of her battle with alcoholism, and her shame that at her lowest ebb, she’d given up custody of her daughter to her ex. Her daughter Sara is now 11 and still lives with her father in southern Italy, 1200 miles away.
Gillian says: ‘I was so nervous about going on TV, but it was the best thing I’ve ever done.’
