This is one of our favourite stories of the year! Pat Winters got in touch wanting to talk about how she and her close friend Pete fell in love after he saved her life by donating one of his kidneys to her. The couple then got married.
Their happy story was sold to the Sun newspaper, and they also appeared in Best magazine.
