But when she cut Nutella from her diet the pounds fell off, and Charlotte, a health and social care co-ordinator from Dorset, lost an incredible 6st.12 stone in 18 months.
Amy placed her story exclusively in The Sun newspaper and Reveal magazine – and Charlotte was paid for both pieces!
